Be advised, dress rental appointment fees are NONREFUNDABLE, but can be put towards store credit if

you don't find the dress you want

If you need to cancel/reschedule, please give AT LEAST 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with 24 hours's notice or more ARE eligible for a refund.

If you no-show without calling, or cancel last minute, you'll need to book a new appointment and pay a new appointment fee.

 No refunds OR store credit will be given for no-shows.
