THE IMPORTANCE OF JOURNALING

Several studies have shown that people who keep food journals

are more likely to be successful in losing weight and keeping it off.

In fact, a researcher from one recent study says that people

keeping a food diary six days a week 

lost about twice as much weight 

as those who kept food records one day a week or less.

YOUR JOURNAL

If you have purchased your journal and it's on the way, you're golden. 

Dive in as soon as it arrives! It is an incredibly valuable tool - jam packed with information.

It's not only a food, water, supplement, and exercise tracking journal,

but an encyclopedia, a detailed manual, and a recipe book.
 

Each chapter of the journal coincides with the topic of each week's class and video. 

There are 12 chapters, plus introduction, and 13 total weeks of classes and topics.

If you have not yet ordered your journal , get with your coach - it's $25 plus tax.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T HAVE MY JOURNAL YET?

Not everyone has received  or ordered their journal yet,

so to make sure you start with the tools you need as soon as possible,

here's a set of pdf files you can use.

PRINT THESE OUT TO MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS

First pages, you will want for the very first week you're on the program.

Second pages, you will want for the 7 days of detox week.

Third set you'll want for the remaining 11 weeks

We'll be doing 6 weeks of formal group classes,

the remaining 7 we anticipate to be between you and your coach.
