You're off and running- but you're NOT alone!
Continue to work with your coach and post in the Fit For Life Facebook group.
Remember to MEASURE IN every 4 weeks, and SEND THOSE MEASUREMENTS TO YOUR COACH!
When you finish week 12, take your "after" photo, in the same clothes you wore on day 1.
