16 oz bell pepper strips

14.5 oz no-salt-added diced tomatoes

14.5 oz vegetable bouillon or broth

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

1 Tbsp dried basil leaves

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dried oregano

*15.5 oz navy beans, rinsed and drained (OMIT for cleanse, fat shredder, or rapid results)

In a food processor or blender, puree everything

-except olive oil and oregano-

until slightly chunky, or to your preference.

Pour into saucepan and bring to boil over high.

Reduce heat and simmer, cover for 20 min or until flavors are blended.

Remove from heat, add olive oil and oregano

*if beans are "on the menu" for you, add them at either the puree stage

or leave whole and add during the "pour in saucepan" stage
